I've decided it might be nice to keep a journal of my experiences as I embrace the wonderful world of fly fishing. After thirty years of bait fishing, I picked up the fly rod for the first time in June of 2009 and fell instantly in love with it. Now I'm reading everything I can about the sport, meeting great people and tying my first flies. I hope you'll get as much enjoyment from reading these stories as I have found in writing them, and if I happen to inspire you along the way, even better!
